The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The lobby's elegance catches your eye. The breakfast offered a variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits!
Our room was clean but could have used a few more amenities, and I was disappointed that the pool was a tad too cold for my kids to enjoy.

I was kinda surprised by the clean rooms, no noise disturbances at all, rare for a hotel! The staff was helpful, suggesting nearby dining options and even offered fresh cookies at check-in.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service, I felt it was acceptable.

I asked for queen room with the great view and 2 queen beds and the bathroom and they kindly provided it. A microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge worked well. The location was convenient and unbeatable, in downtown, convenient to go everywhere.

The location was great and close enough to walk to the wedding venue. The staff maintained cleanliness even during a remodel, excellent. The exercise room was unavailable, and we had noise disturbances late into the night from a neighboring event, disrupting our sleep. Breakfast options seemed appealing, especially the salads, but I couldn't try them due to the early departure. Hope for better soundproofing during events next time.

Plus, the lobby feels like a cozy oasis-gorgeous waterfall and comfy seating that's perfect for unwinding. My room was clean and comfy, a must for any stay!
The breakfast situation was a bummer since they swapped out the hot options for a bagel bar. And after a rainy night, we came back to find our towels gone with no replacements-guess there's a towel shortage? I had to snag some from the front desk in my soggy clothes. They really need to sort that out!
